For more than twenty-five years, Saint-Martin has been my home, my open-air kitchen, and the heart of my culinary journey.
Cooking, for me, is more than a profession — it’s the art of creating experiences, moments of connection and emotion, directly in the comfort of your home or villa.
Every menu is a story we write together — blending your desires and my know-how, shaped by the rhythm of the Caribbean and the elegance of French gastronomy.
Each dish is an invitation to travel, a celebration of flavors that transforms a simple meal into an unforgettable memory.

My Journey

A journey built on taste, travel, and heart

Trained in prestigious Michelin-starred establishments, I learned precision, respect for the product, and the beauty of discipline. My travels taught me openness — the generosity of world cuisines and the joy of sharing. That path led me from fine dining to some of Saint-Martin’s most beloved restaurants:

- 7 years as Head Chef at L’Astrolabe (Orient Bay), awarded 15/20 by Gault & Millau.
- 6 years as Chef and Owner of L’Effet Mer (Grand Case), where I found the freedom to express creativity and passion.
- Gold Medal – Taste of Sint Maarten Competition, a local honor that means a lot to me.

Today, this journey continues in a more personal way — through private dining experiences designed around people, stories, and the pleasure of genuine connection.

Festive Season Notice

During the festive holiday period, from December 20 to January 5, all menus and chef services are subject to a +25% seasonal rate adjustment.

Provisioning & Grocery Service

For your comfort, we offer a full provisioning service including groceries, beverages, essentials, and any items you may wish to have ready for your stay. All purchases are made with care, prioritizing fresh, high-quality products tailored to your preferences.

How It Works

Groceries are billed at the exact purchase amount, based on receipts or invoices. A 20% service fee is applied to the total to cover selection, shopping, transport, and in-villa stocking.

Special Requests

Feel free to share your preferences or any specific needs (brands, dietary restrictions, quantities, etc.).
We will always do our best to accommodate them.

Timing & Organization

Shopping is generally done prior to your arrival or early in the day, depending on store availability.
For urgent or last-minute requests, please notify us as early as possible.
